Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time We offer free shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery time is 8-12 business days after your order is processed. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping International shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times and costs vary by location. EaseHaven is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or delays caused by customs processing.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.
